Shipping cost
Free on every order. There's no minimum spend.
Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order has left the warehouse.
Delivery times
Toasty Toes ships from our partner warehouse overseas. Typical delivery is 12–20 business days after dispatch. November and December are slower across every carrier, so please allow the full window.
Ordering for Christmas: order by 20 November to give it the best chance of arriving in time. We won't promise a date the post can't keep.
Tracking
Tracking goes live within a few days of dispatch. If it hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, email us and we'll chase it. If a parcel is lost, we'll replace it or refund you in full.
Import taxes and duties
Depending on your country, customs or the carrier may charge import taxes or duties on delivery. These aren't included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery. For a change of mind, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, and return postage is yours. Email toestytoes4u@gmail.com with your order number to start a return, and we'll send instructions and the return address. Please don't post anything back before contacting us.
Faulty or damaged items
Send us a photo or short video within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full. You usually won't need to send it back first.
